Associate Creative Director (Copy-based)
Key Responsibilities:

•      Manage and direct the creative team to ensure maximum team performance 
•       Create effective creative proposals/pitches/presentations that address client needs
•      Write unique and well-crafted copy for internal or external projects
•      Handle the process of approval/rejection/revision of creative output
•      Attend client meetings as head of creatives and conduct presentations as needed
•      Facilitate creation of systems/strategies that will improve team workflow
Qualifications:
•  With at least 8 years’ solid experience as a creative writer in the advertising field; adept at producing various creative output from concept all the way to execution.
•  Must have strong presentation and communications skills, both written and oral
•  Preferably with a good grasp of social media marketing and digital advertising
•  Possesses strong leadership and people management skills



Social Media Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

•    Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans of both VCS and client-owned social media channels to build brand/company awareness
•    Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
•    Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks
•    Manage company blog and editorial calendar that aligns with social updates
•    Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools
•    Drive engagement and incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research best ways to increase traffic
•    Review success of campaigns and develop ways to improve
•    Plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets
•    Resolve customer issues through social media
•    Create engaging written and visual content for blog
•    Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities
•    Provide feedback from social media trends and research; relay it to business strategists
•    Write effective, concise copy for multiple platforms, websites, and social networks

Qualifications: 
•  With at least 3 years’ experience in social media marketing and digital advertising.
•  Must be creative, with good copywriting skills, and must be experienced in implementing digital strategies.
•  Preferably with good presentation skills.

Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
•  Responsible for the daily operations of the Business Development Department.
•  Identify potential marketing opportunities and devise an effective program to utilize of maximize these
   opportunities.
•  Develop, create, plan and execute effective campaigns and promotions to increase sales.
•  Conduct client presentations to introduce company or to present pitch ideas with the goal of increasing
   client portfolio.
•  Review and approve cost estimates and implement appropriate strategies to close sales.
•  Prepare and formulate cost effective marketing budgets.
•  Responsible for developing and administering the digital marketing strategy of the company.
•  In charge in driving innovation in using digital marketing channels such as the web or social media to
   promote the company.

Qualifications: 
•  At least 8 years’ solid experience in business development, advertising sales, advertising campaign
   development, brand marketing, with a good grasp of digital media, product advertising, promotions,
   event planning and public relations.
•  Possesses strong leadership and people management skills, analytical, driven, inventive and resourceful.
•  Must have superior presentation skills and communications skills, both written and oral.

Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
•  Design creative materials according to project brief
•  Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements.
•  Prepare detailed storyboards showing sequence and timing of story development for video production.
•  Assist in planning and executing projects for print, web, digital & video.
•  Contribute to creative concept development, individually and with multi-disciplinary teams for print, web,
   digital and video pitches and ongoing projects
•  Attend photo shoots and printing sessions to ensure that the products needed are obtained.
•  Collaborate with the team in building the visual identity for the company.
•  Collaborate with the team to create thoughtful, creative company materials aimed at prospects and
   customers. 
•  Execute other related functions are directed by Art Director/Creative Director

Qualifications: 
•  Preferably 1 – 3 years experienced professionals specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphic Design and
equivalent
•  Knowledgeable in a variety of software such as Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and AfterEffects
